My daughters 2014 Jetta wasnt blowing cold air. Shes starting college at as a mechanical Engineer at the Polytechnic campus so I knew it needed to be fixed because of the drive! Took it to Hyland and they got it blowing Ice cubes! So happy they got it running! Great price! My daughter is happy and so am I I highly recommend Hyland, the price is right, they get it done quickly and everyone is there is amazing!

If you need a honest family mechanic that treats people right, you have to go here. Dave and all the techs even the service tech, Mark!! Gosh I am so glad I found these people. And if you need a car, he has so many connections that he can send to you. You have to call him to pick his brain even!!!

Honest, friendly, and informative. Even if you're only getting an oil change, they will perform a free vehicle inspection with photos & detailed descriptions of their findings. If you're lucky, you might even get to meet some cheerful corgis!

Excellent customer service. Full transparency on work and timing. I had an issue with seller/ previous mechanic. Had the vehicle inspected before purchase at a different mechanic. They “fixed” everything but it still didn’t run correctly. The team was able to find the issue, and thankfully resolve it easily. Car is running smoother than the day I bought it. The team showed me the issue, the potential other issues and then fixed the problem and confirmed no damage had been done. I will be back with any questions on my vehicles.

Have done business with Dave Hyland for many years. He is honest, professional and always does his best for his customers. He will give you an honest opinion on the service your vehicle needs at the time. He will not try to upsell you on something you don't need immediately but will give you advice on maintenance/repairs that may be needed in the future. Over the years he has done everything from everyday oil changes to major repairs. Highly recommend him for all your car maintenance and repair work.

Hyland Auto Repair fixed my 2004 Buick Century and made sure it was working properly before releasing my vehicle to me. Firestone's diagnostic was for $1900 for work to the radiator, 2 hoses and the thermostat. It's an old, but great vehicle, which I'd hoped to keep driving for years yet, so I had to consider having the work done. Fortunately, I decided on a second opinion with Hyland. Hyland fixed it by replacing the radiator cap and the antifreeze for just over $100! They were super nice and easy to talk to and explained everything to me. I will be recommending Hyland to anybody I know in need of auto repairs.

Had a 9 am appointment,thought I would stop after dropping of wife at the airport,but her flight changed,so I stopped before 9,told Dave the issue,he got my car in immediately to check the lower control arms,I was told by 2 other mechanics they needed to be replaced,Dave's mechanic looked at and said it was minor wear,Dave looked at it and said the same thing,but eventually will need to be replaced down the road,honest and integrity is what Hyland auto is all about,Thank you,I will be back to have them replaced in due time

I went to Hyland Auto after my check engine light came on related to an issue with my cooling pump, which needed to be replaced. David and Mark were both super friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process. They got my car taken care of quickly. It was truly a pleasure meeting them despite the circumstances. I really appreciated their service and will definitely come back for any future work I need done!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After I hit a boulder and wiped out the front end of my car, I wasn't sure if it would ever drive the same again. Dave and the crew at Hyland Auto proved me wrong. The thing that impressed me most was that they didn't just throw parts at the problem. They went looking for a better solution and found me a newer engine with over 100,000 fewer miles than my old one. On top of that, it ended up costing less than what I would have paid in labor to repair the original engine. They could have taken the easier route, but instead they took the time to find the smarter one. My car is also a salvaged vehicle, and many shops won't touch them. Hyland Auto was willing to help, and I'm grateful they did. They repaired the front-end damage, replaced steering components, and the difference is incredible. The car drives tighter, tracks straighter, and honestly feels better than it did before I hit the boulder. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered my questions, and when I picked the car up it had even been washed and cleaned up. Finding a mechanic you trust is hard. Finding one with integrity is even harder. At no point did I feel like I was being sold work I didn't need or getting charged for unnecessary labor. Dave runs an honest shop, and that shows in both the quality of the work and the way customers are treated. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The workmanship was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. If my family or friends need a mechanic, Hyland Auto is the first place I'm sending them.
