I originally came to the shop a bit distraught from being told multiple things from a few other shops, Dave immediately offered help and guidance, explaining every step of the way. All of the staff was welcoming, and it was nice to see the family pups there to welcome all the guests! Thank you to Hyland for making my day much better than expected!

Incredibly kind, explains everything, checks in before they perform service to make sure they have your okay, goes over all options to break up service if applicable.
