Absolute customer service in its purest form. A little over 2 years ago, I drove to Hyland Auto for the first time. It was late summer and it was unbearably hot outside. I was desperate because my 3 kids at the time, were all under 5 years old and the A/C went out in our Expedition. After explaining my situation to the owner Dave, I knew I was vulnerable because a lot of shops take advantage of people in my situation. Not only did Dave make time to fit me in immediately, He did not take advantage of me. He only fixed what was required to fix my A/C and never tried to up-sell me. He was kind and courteous, explaining the problem and what was needed for the repair. That was my WOW moment for auto shops! I am a fleet maintenance supervisor so I am responsible for a fleet of 18 trucks. At that time Dave had no idea what I did for a living, he was just being Dave. But he quickly found out, because I knew instantly that he was my new "guy". From that day on he has done ALL of the maintenance on our trucks. Hyland Auto has NEVER let me down. If you want to be treated like family and get service that you just cant find anywhere else...Hyland Auto is your new spot. Not only is the work done by qualified technicians, but Dave refuses to use substandard parts. Dave, Sarah, Jay, will be there to assist you with anything you need. And I cant say enough about Dalton. Dalton is one of their mechanics, and he is an "engine wisperer". An absolute guru. He is such a good mechanic that he is on Dave's race team. Are you ready for a whole new experience when your car breaks ? So was I. I am so grateful for Dave and His Team. Thanks guys!

Dave and Sarah have experienced technicians and they refuse to use substandard parts. I guarantee that you will be treated to an experience that is just not the standard anymore. My recent experience with Dave Hyland is, by far, the most positive one I have ever had. He is personable and really knows his stuff. Without getting into details, I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to use his company again...over and over. I also would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Hyland is customer satisfaction focused...period. So happy to have found Dave and his shop. I took my car to Sun Devil Auto when Dave managed the place. After he left, everything about Sun Devil went downhill. Dave is honest and I would recommend him to everyone. Dave, thanks for always being the honest mechanic that is so hard to find!!!
